SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, orders will not be shipped or delivered on holidays; saying that if you are expecting a order for a holiday gift please place the order in advance so we are able to get it to you in time before the holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via telephone or email

STANDARD WITHIN CANADA - - CANADA POST -- 1 to 6 days
STANDARD NATIONAL -- CANADA POST -- 4 to 10 days
EXPRESS POST -- THE NEXT DAY FOR REGIONAL

PRIORITY -- THE NEXT DAY FOR BOTH REGIONAL AND NATIONAL
Thank you for choosing Custom Kreations By K for your custom work and gifts! To secure your order and begin the creative process, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your spot and covers initial materials and labor. The remaining balance is due upon completion or prior to shipping out your products. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us bring your unique vision to life!

are the stickers/decals waterproof?yes! all our stickers and decals are water proof and weather proof :)

can i add more designs onto my cup after i already submitted my order?yes! it is possible to add more onto your custom order as long as we have been notified of the changes within 24 hours of placing the order, if the order has already been made and is on its way to being shipped there will be a fee if you need something added/altered with the design the day of it being shipped before its taken to the post office
